Organization: Hallandale Section CID-UNESCO Inc. serves as the umbrella organization for all forms of dance, both nationally and globally.

- Certification and Training: Provide opportunities for youth in socio-economically challenged areas to become professionally certified dance instructors through “Test to Teach.”

Dance changes lives — especially for underprivileged children — by building self-esteem, nurturing imagination, fostering discipline, and strengthening social and physical well-being. Confident, joyful children thrive in school and carry these lifelong skills into their communities, becoming ambassadors of creativity and resilience.

- Support for Artists: Collaborate with top artists for financial and training support.
- Community Engagement: Establish CID sections nationwide in partnership with local municipalities and cultural ministries.
- Dance Programs: Develop K-12 after-school dance and cultural programs, support recreational dance for seniors, and promote Olympic dance sports.
- Cultural Exchange: Foster healthy cultural exchanges through media, the CID USA website, and social media platforms.
